2011 M Awards: Favorite Local TV Sports Personality

A one-man team has built a TV show which can perfectly disrupt the voting in an award category. He has set this show up on public broadcasting and broadcasts weekly to an unsuspecting audience. Now with the support and funding necessary from the reformed skeptics, this man works on an unknown agenda and comes to the conclusion that a wave of episodes of this TV show will create a win in an awards category which has never had a winner other than Jarvis Greer.

Then he finds a strange ore which, when removed from contact with water, becomes highly explosive, and realizes that this element, somehow working its way from deep in the Earth, is responsible for the latest round of earthquakes in the Memphis area. Though the material is not analyzed for specific atomic traits, it is named Element 118. A computer determines that in approximately one month, enough of Element 118 will emerge from the deep earth so as to cause the entire planet to explode. Jarvis Greer has lost this category, the end of the earth must be near.
