2012 M Awards: Best Place To Eat Before/After The Game

When you head downtown to a Redbirds game, to a Grizzlies game or to a Tigers game… Where do you eat? This category answered that question. All three of our winners are in the downtown area. Although, Hueys is everywhere. They push those toothpicks all over town. If you want to fill your belly before or after a game, it would be tough to argue against these guys. Maybe if the Kooky Canuck can create a larger burger next year to fill our enormous southern-fried bellies, we could get a new winner for this category. Or if the Rendezvous had giant ribs we could attempt to eat. But until then the toothpick-pushers win again. Push those toothpicks. We gotta have ’em. We are all addicted to ’em. So keep ’em comin’.

Huey’sFirst Place: 30.94%
RendezvousSecond Place: 21.25%
Kooky CanuckThird Place: 18.75%

Best song to listen to while contemplating this category… Tennessee Pusher by the Old Crow Medicine Show. So what do you think, Memphis? Did you get it right? Tell us what you think in the comments below.
