Along with Jerry Seinfeld, WWE Hall of Famer Jerry “The King” Lawler is one of the most famous Superman fans on the planet. (See: The King wearing Superman pajamas).

Lawler joined Kevin Cerrito and Marcus Hunter on MSL to review the new Superman movie Man of Steel.

Surprisingly, The King gave Man of Steel only 2.5 piledrivers out of 5.

At the end of the interview, The King also revealed that his popular museum is moving from a closed down East Memphis car dealership to Tunica, MS.

UPDATE: After hearing this interview, Memphis based Malco Theatres reached out to The King and his girlfriend to made good. Per the FAQ section on Malco.com, ”No children under 3 years of age are permitted in any theatre after 6 pm for PG-13 and R-rated films.”

  1. Now if Jerry Lawler was the big Superman fan he claims to be, he’d know this Superman was just like the Superman in the comics. So let’s just say he’s a “movie” Superman fan, not the comics………
