Quinton “Rampage” Jackson to debut with TNA Wrestling on Thursday

Quinton “Rampage” Jackson has signed a deal with TNA Wrestling, Bellator MMA, and Spike TV as of Tuesday June 4th, 2013. The deal reportedly includes a reality television special that will air on Spike TV that will chronicle his training towards debuting with Bellator.

The Memphis native was quoted by TMZ:

“When you look at my deal in the UFC, and the scope of what my deal with Bellator and TNA is, this is a dream come true. When other fighters get the chance to see everything I’m able to do with this deal and the benefits it provides, you’re going to see a big change in MMA. I guarantee it.”

Jackson will be debuting for TNA Wrestling on Spike TV (IMPACT Wrestling every Thursday 9/8PM) per TNA Wrestling President Dixie Carter on Twitter:

This isn’t the first time that Rampage Jackson has appeared for a sport entertainment company. Jackson appeared with his A-Team co-stars Bradley Cooper and Sharlto Copley on the June 7th, 2010 edition of WWE Monday Night RAW. His WWE appearance included interaction with fellow Memphian Jerry “The King” Lawler:

Is it possible that Rampage could be the most famous Memphis wrestler to never actually wrestle in Memphis?
