Dustin Starr Wins NPC Knox Classic Men’s Physique Class D

unnamedThe winner of the 2014 NPC Knox Classic Men’s Physique Class D Championship is no secret to the bodybuilding world (or MSL either).  Over the past two years he has competed  in eight events, winning three overall championships, one height class championship and getting second place in another contest.  On top of that, he won back to back NPC Tennessee State Men’s Physique Championships in 2012 and 2013.

Dustin Starr took home first place in front of a sold out crowd across the street from Neyland Stadium at Cox Memorial Stadium.

He appeared on Local Memphis Live the day before the show, and then he was off to Knoxville for some last minute preparations before the contest got underway.

Some of the things he did to make sure his body looked its best the night before the big event was get some much needed rest (after all he just had a minor physical altercation with Superstar Bill Dundee) and eat plenty of carbs in the form of fish and potatoes (both sweet and white).

Even though he won first place at the 2014 NPC Knox Classic, Starr (“5 Starr” to the wrestling world) is not done making special appearances .

You can learn some of his men’s physique secrets on August 21st when he and Maria Garay make a return appearance to Local Memphis Live to discuss his big win in Knoxville.  Then on August 24th Starr, a TEAMUSPlabs member, will guest emcee along side  Maria (also a TEAMUSPlabs member), a special  Health and Fitness Night at AutoZone Park.

With the 2014 NPC Knox Classic over and done with, Dustin Starr can focus on what is really important, and that is helping you get into the best shape of your life.
