Memphis professional trainer Tika Collins to host free session on health, nutrition

TikaCome Saturday morning at 8, Collins, a native Memphian, will hosts an informative workout session at Total Domination Strength Training at 860 Herbert in Cordova.
During this session, participants and potential clients will acquire pertinent information on how to be successful at weight lost, toning, as well as become knowledgeable about the pros and cons of nutrition.

A complimentary breakfast will be provided.
