Betty Lockhart’s Mid-South-based Nehemiah Ministry starting to have a global impact

lockDuring a recent interview, Betty Lockhart explained in great detail her educational background.

A native of Winchester, Virginia, Lockhart holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Network Specialist, a diploma by which she is afforded to partake in a slew of endeavors in this ever-so-evolving information technology era.

To her credit, Lockhart deemed it necessary to use her educational accolades to tell of God’s goodness and lift up Christ, as our Savior suggested in John 12:32.

This familiar, thought provoking passage, reads:

“And I, if I be lifted up from the earth, will draw all men unto me.”

Fortunately for Lockhart, — who said her favorite Biblical verse is Jeremiah 29:11 — she is steadfastly lifting up Almighty God through her up-and-coming 501C3-sanctioned business called “The Nehemiah Ministry.”

skksiBy all accounts, this rising ministry/business venture is what Lockhart describes as a “Miracle Transforming Ministry,” of sorts.

Moreover, this fledging ministry was organized and geared largely toward the significance of personal prayer as well as to greatly spread and share the Gospel,” Lockhart emphasized.

lock5In addition, The Nehemiah Ministry is committed to partaking in a variety of mission trips, implementing the essential, vital strategies as it pertains to marriage recovery or, as Lockhart acknowledged, serving as a facilitator for divorce groups as well as co-dependent groups, among others.

lock3“(The Nehemiah Ministry) impacts the Kingdom of God,” Lockhart said.

Interesting enough, this effective ministry is available to people of all ages and, given its keen reputation in its brief time since its inception, it appears as if it’s starting to have a global impact.

How else to explain how The Nehemiah Ministry has made its presence felt in countries as far as Peru?

“(This ministry was established) to provide help and serve others, similar to Joy’s article,” said Lockhart, alluding to her the ministry of her friend, Joy Jallah, who’s a rising author and also a devoted minister.

laoosAlthough Lockhart currently has no speaking engagements or planned public appearance, amongst the things about which she has emphasized is that she is thoroughly impressed with the direction of her ministry.

“I’ve been impacting the kingdom of God for 30 years,” Lockhart said.

Given the immense strides she’s made in recent years, don’t expect her to slow down anytime soon.
